Shanice Armstrong

I am an assistant professor in the counselor education program at Henderson State University. I am passionate and enthusiastic about developing dynamic curriculum and pedagogical practices that engage students. I appreciate and recognize the need to integrate technology and adapt teaching practices which consider the realities of my students and the environments in which they will work. Using technology can increase access and the spread of information substantially and it can often time produce a bit of anxiety and I enjoy showing others how to navigate digital spaces. Through MindTap, Cengage provides an affordable, accessible, and comprehensive platform to enhance student learning. I am excited to share my knowledge of designing courses with technological integration in mind.
