Rebecca Nusbaum
As a lifelong learner, Rebecca Nusbaum is a student and a teacher. Finishing her dissertation on Teacher Education Twitter-based PLNs as measured against the Community of Inquiry model, Rebecca’s passion is found in coaching teachers on effective Ed Tech integration.
Rebecca is currently teaching Computer Science courses through Montana State University, Great Falls College, and is an Instructional Designer for Colorado State University-Global and Beyond Campus Innovations. She shares her experiences of MindTap integration into a CAPP131 MS Office course, and places significant value on the active learning model in Computer Science. MindTap has shown to aid in differentiated learning, progressing at the same time as student’s mastery. Rebecca shares that MindTap clearly represents learning by doing and a PBL approach.
Rebecca has a Bachelor in Speech Communications, an Associates in Web Development, a Masters in Adult Learning and Higher Education, and is scheduled to receive her Ed Doc in Adult Learning and Higher Education December of 2018.
