I am a professor and the District Division Chair of the Business Technology department for Holmes Community College. As a result, I have extensive experience in training and education, instructional design, customer service, leadership, innovation, and presentation skills over the past two decades in various organizational and educational environments. In addition, my 12-year experience with Cengage products has afforded me a real-world perspective on its digital solutions’ benefits and relevant applications.
   
I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, an MBA from Delta State University, and a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. I have successfully leveraged educational theories and methodologies to design, develop, and integrate instructional and digital technology into distance learning. Although I did not know it at the time, my 12-year experience as a corporate trainer in health insurance laid the foundation for facilitation and teaching to diverse industries.
