Melissa Harrell

I am a graduate of Albany State University, Albany, GA holding a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Criminal Justice. I am ABD with an estimated date of completion in Spring 2022 in Adult and Career Education at Valdosta State University. Since 2006, I have taught Criminal Justice and served in administrative roles for four years, including Instructional Coordinator of Arts and Sciences and Interim Dean of Arts and Sciences. 
   
MindTap is a core component of content delivery in both my Criminal Justice and Introduction to Critical Thinking classes. I enjoy teaching online as well as face-to-face incorporating MindTap in all of my classes. As an educator, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with colleagues and assisting them in developing and honing their skills in delivering online content utilizing Cengage. I also enjoy advancing my knowledge and skills learning from others in my profession.
