Lori Bean

I received my B.S in Mathematics Education with a minor in Mathematics from University of Central Florida and my M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Florida.
 

I currently teach the calculus series at Central Piedmont Community College where I have been teaching for over 12 years. Through the years I've taught everything from developmental math to precalculus and trig to calc 2.
   
I am also the upper-level mathematics chair. Through this I have and am in the process of developing seven D2L course shared models. Using the LMS integration for WebAssign has allowed a nice flow from students to proceed through the assignments.
   
   There are so many things pulling at student's attention, I pride myself in developing courses that allow them to have structure.
