Lisa Anglin

I am a Mathematics Instructor at Holmes Community College in Ridgeland, MS. I have been with Holmes for 19 years and I have 21 years experience in the classroom. I teach in the traditional classroom and online. I have taught in multiple formats including full term, 8 weeks, 8 week hybrid and 4 weeks.

I teach any math course offered at the 2 year level from Beginning Algebra to Differential Equations. I have utilized WebAssign in my Calculus classes as far back as I can remember. Holmes recently adopted WebAssign for our Algebra courses and will be implemented in the fall of 2025.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Millsaps College and my Master of Science in Mathematics from Mississippi College. I am always looking for the newest technology to incorporate into the classroom. I recently attended the Cengage Empower conference to further my knowledge in GenAI.
