
Jennifer Schneider
I am an Associate Professor at the University of North Georgia (UNG). I currently teach both Principles of Accounting I and II as well as Auditing in the upper-level accounting program. I have developed Quality Matters (QM) online courses for all three of these subjects. I have also taught survey of accounting, accounting information systems, and principles of finance.
I am an author on Accounting, 28e and a digital content author on Accounting 29e. Currently, I am collaborating with my colleague, Christine Jonick, to develop forty data analytics skill builder (DASB) activities. In addition, I am completing an Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) certification.
I am a Florida CPA and began my career with PwC. I have more than fifteen years of experience with Fortune 50 companies, primarily with audit and financial/SEC reporting. Prior to joining UNG, I taught at the University of Amsterdam. My research interests are in the scholarship of teaching and learning. I have published several articles, including an article in the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) Educational Case Journal.
