Audrey Wick

I am a full-time professor of English at Blinn College, a two-year college in Texas established in 1883. The multi-campus institution serves approximately 19,000 students. It ranks among the nation’s leaders at transferring students to top four-year universities and has received national recognition for affordable educational excellence.

I am also a Cengage coauthor for Steps to Writing Well with Additional Readings; 12th edition.

I teach freshman composition, introduction to literature, and survey of British literature in a variety of modes: face-to-face, online, dual-credit, and live online. I particularly enjoy teaching writing as a process and regularly employ methods of engagement that help students break down a larger research project into more manageable steps.
