Anitre Bell
I completed the first phase of my education journey in the Aliquippa School District. I continued this journey to earn a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Studies from Point Park University, a Master of Science in Instructional Leadership with a concentration and certification in Elementary Education (K-6) from Robert Morris University, and a second Master of Education in Reading from Edinboro University.
After spending five years teaching as a substitute on the Elementary and Middle School level, I began my collegiate journey teaching Reading and English courses at Robert Morris University and Community College of Beaver County, where I am currently the College Success Facilitator and teach Developmental Reading, English, Early Childhood, and First Year Experience courses.
I am the founder of an educational program B.O.O.K.S. (Building Outstanding Opportunities for Knowledge and Success) designed to assist low-income families with tutoring and other educational needs in surrounding communitites.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my two sons, attending their sporting and academic events, working on B.O.O.K.S., and continually researching to provide the optimal educational experience for my students.
