Hello. I joined Midlands Technical College, as Director of Accounting Degree Programs and a Full-time Faculty member in January 2020 after 25 years working in Tax and Accounting.  I have worked for General Electric (Ft. Myers, FL), The Reynolds & Reynolds Company (Dayton, OH), and Grant Thornton (Cincinnati, OH), but most recently spent 17 years with Sonoco Products Company in Hartsville, SC. 

I enjoy teaching and am very excited to be of service to you in any way I can. When not helping students, I enjoy many hobbies including cooking, machine embroidery, fishing, travel, classic car shows, and spending time with my husband, my dog (retired racing greyhound named Gigi), and family.  My husband and I show Ford Mustangs, and currently own three; a 2007 Shelby GT500, a 99 SVT Cobra convertible, and a 93 Cobra (which my Father purchased new). 

I am a military brat, whose Father spent 28 years serving our country with the US Coast Guard.  I am a graduate of Northwest Florida State College (AA), and the University of Cincinnati (BSBA, MBA, MS-Tax). I also volunteer time with United Way, Junior Achievement, and Lions Club.
