Flower Darby

Flower Darby (she/her) celebrates and promotes effective teaching in all class formats to include, welcome and support all students and to foster equitable learning outcomes for today’s new majority students. Flower is an internationally renowned keynote speaker and author as well as adjunct faculty at Northern Arizona University and Estrella Mountain Community College. She has taught in higher ed for over 25 years in a range of subjects. She’s the author, with James M. Lang, of Small Teaching Online: Applying Learning Science in Online Classes, and she’s a regular contributor to The Chronicle of Higher Education.

N. Gregory Mankiw

N. Gregory Mankiw

N. Gregory Mankiw is a Robert M. Beren Professor of Economics at Harvard University. He studied Economics at Princeton University and MIT. Dr. Mankiw is a prolific writer and a regular participant in academic and policy debates, with research focused on consumer behavior, financial markets and more. In addition to his teaching, research and writing, Dr. Mankiw has been a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, an adviser to the Congressional Budget Office and the Federal Reserve Banks of Boston and New York and a member of the ETS test development committee for the advanced placement exam in economics.
