Having trouble accessing Trial Period? Clear your cache and cookies
If the system is telling you that your grace period is over even after you've started a new trial with Cengage Unlimited, try clearing your cache and cookies and trying again.
Clear Cache and Cookies
• Windows PC/Laptop: Hold down Ctrl + Shift + Delete (all at the same time) then click on the “Clear Browsing Data” button.

Zoom Meeting Help
For my office hours, I use Zoom as my virtual meeting provider.
Once you log in, you will have the option of using your computer's microphone or calling in by phone. I would recommend the latter if you are not sure of your computer's sound or if there is ambient noise; please be sure to be on a strong internet signal for our meeting. As a best practice, I recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser. See attached directions as reference on how to use Zoom, either for startup or during our time together.
