Sports Stars, Series 2 adds 60 amatuer and professional athletes to its coverage. Students will find biographical sketches averaging seven pages each on athletes who participate in a wide range of sports, including auto racing, baseball, basketball, figure skating, golf, hockey, tennis, volleyball and more. Also included is a listing by sport of all the athletes featured in Series 1 and Series 2 as well as a cumulative name and subject index covering athletes in both series. Entries contain more than 100 photos including action shots of the individual.
