Formerly a professional technician for a paper-processing plant and an oilfield service company, Kevin A. McGowan has been teaching electronics and computer-related courses for over a decade. He is a Journeyman Certified Electronics Technician with the International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians (I.S.C.E.T.), is A+ Certified by CompTIA, and holds an F.C.C. General Radiotelephone Operator License. Mr. McGowan earned an A.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology at Penn State University, a B.S. in English at Austin Peay State University, an M.A. in English at McNeese State University, and an M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision at the University of Louisiana Lafayette.
