About

Overview

With the release of Adobe's Creative Suite 5, the integration that Web developers and graphic designers had once only dreamed about continues to become a reality. The Web COLLECTION REVEALED PREMIUM EDITION is the first book on the market to feature Adobe Dreamweaver®, Adobe Flash®, and Adobe Photoshop® all together in the same text. Readers gain practical experience with the software as they work through end-of-chapter learning projects and step-by-step tutorials. An integration chapter demonstrates how to move from one application to the other while creating a Dreamweaver website that incorporates both Flash and Photoshop files. Full-color illustrations and a user-friendly design combine to create a solid learning experience that reveals how to master the latest features of these popular applications.

Features and Benefits

  • Dreamweaver chapters introduce the new Navigation toolbar, the simplified site setup, Live view navigation, and improved CSS layouts.
  • Flash chapters include coverage of exciting new and enhanced features, including text layout framework, deco tool, and character animation and using inverse kinematics.
  • Photoshop chapters cover the latest Photoshop CS5 tools—including the Context-Aware Spot Healing Brush tool, Repoussé, MiniBridge, Configurator, and Layer Groups.
  • All new features are highlighted throughout the text with a new features icon. Extensive data files—including HTML files, text, images, Flash content, and video content—are included with the text to engage readers and give them the tools they need to develop a website from start to finish.
  • Dreamweaver and Photoshop Power User Shortcuts offer readers tips and tricks for quick learning and efficient use of the software.
  • End-of-chapter projects give readers the skills and confidence they need to apply their knowledge to real-world situations.
