A database is a collection of data on a subject such as customers, products, or incident reports. A database can contain many elements and features. In this seminar, you will learn about database tables, records, fields, forms, queries, filters, and reports. The illustrations in this seminar were created using Microsoft Access. (See Figure 1.) If you use another database program, the menus, menu items, commands, and toolbars will be different.
