Registering and Logging In
Do I have to register for an account?
You can view up to three pieces of content (articles, free videos or webinars) before you need to register for an account. You must register for an account to purchase products from the store.
I had an account on the Milady Education Network. Can I use that for MiladyPro?
Yes! The Milady Education Network is now MiladyPro! When you sign in with your Milady Education Network login information you will be sent a new, temporary password in your e-mail. Log into MiladyPro using this temporary password and set up a new permanent password in the "My Account" section of MiladyPro.
How long do I have access to the products I purchased?
Web-based products and business tools have varying access lengths. To be sure of your access length, please review the full product description.
I purchased an online product. Where is it?
While your online product is active, it will be available in the "My Online Library" section of your dashboard.
To find your dashboard, sign into your MiladyPro account and click "My Account" at the top of the site.
What is an Access Code?
An access code is a pre-paid code that gives you access to a MiladyPro product or service. Example:
What is a Learning Code?
A Learning code is a code provided to you by an instructor or manager which gives you access to a MiladyPro product or is used to help your instructor or manager track your progress.
All Learning Codes begin with the letters ‘LC.’

Do you need to cancel your Advanced Academy Subscription?
MiladyPro Return Policy
Refunds or exchanges are available for non-electronically delivered products within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in saleable condition and sent via a prepaid method to Cengage Learning at the following address:

All software and CD-ROMs or DVDs must be returned to Cengage Learning with the original envelope seal or package seal unbroken and intact.
Purchases of access to miladyPro digital products are refundable under certain circumstances:
- You purchased your subscription to the product no more than 2 weeks ago, and
- For MiladyPro Online Classes, you have not completed the class (regardless of final exam score).
