It’s hard to imagine running a multi-millionaire dollar business, styling celebrities, and launching your own product line with a toddler wrapped around your leg, but these three women are doing all the above and some. Here are three mega-#goals artists we love.
How you know her: Founder of Drybar
Her story: What started as a mobile side-business in 2008 quickly became a full-time endeavor for PR maven-turned hairstylist, Alli Webb. According to Drybar’s website, Alli trained to be a hairstylist under Toni & Guy and worked for a few years with John Sahag in NYC. A popular “list” maker, Alli has been awarded a number of achievements including Fortune’s “40 under 40,” Marie Claire’s “16 Most Fascinating Women,” and Cosmopolitan’s “2013 Power List.”
Since those early days of giving blowouts on a referral-only basis in LA, Drybar has expanded to 70+ locations and has its own product line. The popular blowout salons offer 9 styles to clients, each named after cocktails, from pin-straight locks to messy beach waves. We’ll take one Cosmo, please!
On top of founding a multi-million dollar business, Alli is also mom to two sons, Grant and Kit. In-part, Grant and Kit are to thank for Drybar. As Alli remarked in Vanity Fair, “It’s funny, because I just wanted to open one little salon, so that I was able to pick up my kids from school and make a living.”

How you know her: Master Stylist at the Warren Tricomi Salon at The Plaza. Regular clients include Tom Hanks, Helen Mirren, Jodie Foster, Jamie Lee Curtis and Nicholas Sparks
Her story: According to her personal website, Cohl began her hair and makeup career at the Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco and later at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and in New York City, where she met Madonna’s infamous stylist, Maripol. Soon Cohl was managing advertising and editorial shoots with top-name photographers, working with a star-studded list of celebrities. During this time, Cohl opened the MCM Salon in the Flatiron District of New York City and, to this day, is the Master Stylist at the Warren Tricomi Salon at The Plaza. Cohl’s regular clients include Tom Hanks, Helen Mirren, Jodie Foster, Jamie Lee Curtis and Nicholas Sparks. (Can you say, “Jealous?”)
Between styling at the Warren Tricomi Salon and getting celebrities screen-ready, Cohl is mom to two daughters, Norah and Stella. In an interview with Parents, Cohl admitted, "It takes me less than five minutes to do my own makeup." We feel you, Cohl.

How you know her: Salon Suave Professional's Celebrity Stylist. Clients include Jennifer Lawrence, Amanda Seyfried, and Emilia Clarke.
Her story: Another Vidal Sassoon Alumni (this time, Los Angeles), Jenny Cho is a hairstylist well-known for her natural, texturized looks. Starworks Artists reports that early in her career, Jenny was an instructor at the Sassoon Academy in NYC and eventually became a stylist at Bumble & Bumble. Today she is Salon Suave Professional’s Celebrity Stylist and lives a bi-coastal life, splitting her time between LA & NYC. Jenny creates editorial looks for A-list celebrities (we’re looking at you, JLaw) and her work has been published in everything from VOGUE to Allure.
